The Secretary General of Goce Delcev University in Stip organizes, coordinates and controls the complete work of the Professional Administration Office and thus is responsible for fulfilling its tasks in a quality manner,  professionally and in due time.

He ensures proper application of laws, collective agreements and general acts of the University.

The Secretary General participates in preparing meetings and in processing materials for and from the meetings and the managing bodies, as well as professional University bodies.

He gives instructions to the employees of the Secretary General Office and the Administrative Office, coordinates and supervises their work; and thus ensures efficient functioning of the administration as a whole.

He organizes collecting, managing and processing of statistical data and other documents.
