Delegation from the University "Goce Delchev", led by the rector prof. Dr. Blazo Boev, Vice Rector for Development, Investment and Maintenance prof. Dr. Dejan Mirakovski and the Vice Rector for Teaching prof. Dr. Misko Dzidrov, today laid fresh flowers at the monument of the great Macedonian revolutionary fighter Goce Delchev in front of the Rectorate of UGD.

In the yard of the current Rectorate of UGD, a commemoration of the anniversary of the death of the Macedonian revolutionary is traditionally held.In the same building Goce Delchev taught at the time when he was staying in Stip, and in the building of UGD there is a memorial room in which are placed documents, photographs, school desks, weapons, which testify to the work of the great revolutionary. Since its foundation, the university has been proudly named "Goce Delchev".As part of the celebration, fresh flowers were laid today by representatives of institutions bearing his name, political parties, politicians and other relevant organizations.
