The Ambassador of Italy in Republic of Northern Macedonia, HE Andrea Silvestri, had a meeting today with the Rector of UGD, prof. Dr. Blazo Boev and the Dean of the Faculty of Philology prof. Dr. Dragana Kuzmanovska and the teaching staff and students of the Department of Italian Language and Literature.At the meeting, future cooperation between the two institutions was agreed, as well as the establishment of cooperation with Italian universities.

- We still have excellent cooperation with the Italian Embassy, and in future we plan to expand that cooperation with other institutions and universities in Italy. As you know, we have a study program and among other programs we award ten scholarships for this study program - said the dean prof. Dr. Kuzmanovska.The Faculty of Philology has an Italian language study program with currently about 30 students enrolled.

- We are satisfied with the current cooperation and we are committed to this cooperation to continue in future - said the Ambassador of Italy in Macedonia, Andrea Silvestri.After the meeting, the Ambassador met with the students and introduced them to the opportunities offered by the Italian Embassy.
